We want you to love your mandalas. Because our products are instant digital downloads, they can't be "returned" the way a physical item can — but your happiness still matters to us.

Our promise

If something's wrong with your download — a file won't open, a page won't print, or you were charged in error — send us a message within 30 days and we'll make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.

Please note

As the files are delivered instantly and can be printed immediately, we're unable to offer refunds simply for change of mind once a file has been downloaded. If you're unsure whether a pack is right for you, try one of our free pages first.
